About Us: The Native CDFI Network is a national organization dedicated to strengthening Indigenous economies and improving financial inclusion in Native communities. We work collaboratively with Native CDFIs, government agencies, and philanthropic organizations to increase access to capital, strengthen financial services, and support sustainable economic development initiatives across Indian Country.
Position Overview: As the Program Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing the capacity and impact of Native CDFIs. You will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that promote economic empowerment and financial resilience in Native communities.
