This agreement outlines the terms and conditions regarding the use of photos provided by the Native CDFI Network (NCN) to attendees (“Attendees”) of the NCN 5th Annual Policy and Capacity Building Summit in Washington, D.C. December 11-13 and establishes the proper attribution and indemnification responsibilities.
- Photo Usage Rights
The Native CDFI Network grants Attendees a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the provided photos for [promotional and event-related use].
All usage of the photos must:- Clearly and visibly credit Native CDFI Network as the owner of the photos.
- Be consistent with the intended purpose and reflect positively on NCN and the Native communities represented.
- Attribution Requirements
For all uses of the provided photos, Attendees agree to credit the Native CDFI Network as follows:- Print: “Photo courtesy of Native CDFI Network.”
- Digital: Include the above credit in the caption or a designated credit section on the platform where the photo appears.
- Multimedia: Ensure verbal or written attribution in video or slideshow presentations.
- Ownership and Copyright
The photos remain the sole property of the Native CDFI Network. No rights of ownership are transferred through this agreement. Attendee agrees not to sell, modify, or distribute the photos in ways not expressly permitted without prior written consent from NCN. - Indemnification
Attendee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Native CDFI Network from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from improper or unauthorized use of the provided photos, including failure to provide proper attribution. - Acceptance
