On August 22, the CDFI Fund released proposed key changes governing the Transaction Level Reporting (TLR) required of Native CDFIs to ensure their compliance with the Community Development Financial Institutions Equitable Recovery Program (CDFI ERP).
NCN invites you to attend a webinar on September 18 from 3:30 to 4:45 p.m. ET to learn about these proposed changes and their implications for Native CDFIs’ compliance with the CDFI ERP regulations. NCN is pleased to have subject matter expert Lisa Wagner of Bluestem Consulting serving as the webinar’s presenter.
During the webinar, NCN will also solicit Native CDFI leaders’ perspectives on the potential impacts of these changes on their organizational operations. NCN will then integrate their input into a formal comment letter to the CDFI Fund that it will make available for organizational sign-on by the end of September (the CDFI Fund’s comment deadline is October 21, 2024).
In addition, NCN will provide participants with a comprehensive update on the latest developments and timetable regarding the CDFI Fund’s new regulations and process for CDFI Certification.
