The 2023 NCN Institute series continues! On June 21, one of our most popular trainers, Jack Northrup of New England Market Research, shared his expertise on Priming the Loan Pipeline.
Northrup identified key stumbling blocks for borrowers wishing to enter the loan pipeline and suggested remedies to better prepare the borrower and assist the CDFI to predict deployment of loan funds more accurately. Following the training, participants received templates to add to their personal toolbox that they can use to enhance the way Native CDFIs support potential borrowers in their community.
NCN provides a variety of capacity building services and supports for certified and emerging Native CDFIs. Trainings scheduled for July 12 & 13 focused on Native CDFI Certification Requirements will be postponed. As soon as the CDFI Fund releases the revised certification requirements, we will update the training dates so you can take advantage of these important trainings.
