The Native CDFI Network is thrilled to welcome Imogene Manuelito (Navajo Nation) as our new CCIA Quality Assurance Manager (QAM). In this critical role, Imogene will lead the quality assurance processes for NCN’s Clean Community Invest Accelerator (CCIA) Program. Her responsibilities include overseeing monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the CCIA Quality Management Plan (QMP) to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of environmental data operations under our EPA-funded initiative.

Imogene brings over 15 years of distinguished experience as an executive advisor, with expertise in contract and grant management, and compliance operations. Her extensive work with local, state, Tribal, Native, and federal governments has equipped her with a unique perspective on fostering partnerships and driving impactful initiatives.

Before joining NCN, Imogene held leadership roles at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), where she managed complex contracts and financial assistance agreements for diverse organizations. Her contributions earned her recognition in Clean Energy Innovators: NREL People Working to Change the World (June 2022), and she has represented women-owned and Native-owned businesses in discussions with Colorado Governor Jared Polis and as a speaker for the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce.

Please join us in welcoming Imogene Manuelito to the NCN team. We are excited for the leadership and expertise she brings to the CCIA Program and beyond!
