With over 20 years of USDA experience, Brian now serves as the program lead for Tribal Lending, and brings deep expertise on federal housing tools available to Native communities. In this session, he will provide a comprehensive overview of the Native CDFI Relending Demonstration Program, along with a practical comparison of USDA’s 502 Direct, 502 Guaranteed, and 504 Home Repair programs.
