As executive director of Nimiipuu Fund and Nez Perce tribal member, Jonelle Yearout is passionate about solving challenging social and economic issues for the Nez Perce Tribe, other tribal members and surrounding rural communities. She focuses on mission-driven work to impact our future: Delivering innovative products and services that raise up our voices and tell our stories in meaningful ways.

Jonelle is an experienced executive director with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization management industry. Skill sets include policy analysis, event planning, government and strategic planning. She has been recognized as a strong business development professional.
