The U.S. Department of the Treasury is extending the deadline for Tribal Governments to initiate and submit their complete SSBCI Capital Program application to October 31, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET).

  • To participate in the SSBCI program, Tribal Governments were required to submit a Notice of Intent (NOI) to Treasury by December 11, 2021.
  • Treasury seeks to support all Tribal governments that are interested in participating in SSBCI. Treasury will provide information and technical assistance on Capital Program applications to Tribal governments that submit questions to [email protected].

TA Grant Program Portal Access

  • The TA Grant Program application portal launched on August 1, 2022. Instructions and a link to access the application portal were also emailed to eligible jurisdiction points of contact on August 1. If you did not receive an email, or if you have any issues accessing the portal, please reach out to your jurisdiction’s point of contact.  You may also reach out to your SSBCI Outreach Manager or contact Treasury at: [email protected].
  • If you have already registered through ID.me when entering the application portal for SSBCI Capital Programs, your registration remains valid. Otherwise, you must register through ID.me to proceed with the TA application. For clarification on application submission and ID.me registration please refer to the portal registration instructions.
