As a reminder, the deadline for online submission of the SF-424 through Grants.gov for fiscal year (FY) 2024 Small Dollar Loan Program (SDL Program) Applicants is November 20, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). Applicants must create an Awards Management Information System (AMIS) account and enter their Employer Identification Number (EIN) and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) by November 20, 2023 by 11:59 p.m. ET.

The deadline for online submission of the remaining Application materials through the CDFI Fund’s AMIS is December 20, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. ET. Please view the SDL Program Notice of Funds Availability (NOFA) for more detailed information.

New Title VI Compliance Worksheet Requirement!

All Applicants must be compliant with federal civil rights requirements to be eligible to receive federal financial assistance awards from the CDFI Fund. This requirement applies to Applicants, as well as their prospective subrecipients that are not direct beneficiaries of federal financial assistance (e.g., Depository Institutions Holding Company and their Subsidiary Depository Institutions). The CDFI Fund Title VI Compliance Worksheet Training Manual can be accessed here. The deadline to submit the Title VI Compliance Worksheet in AMIS is December 20, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. ET. This requirement also applies to Applicants’ prospective sub-recipients that are not direct beneficiaries of federal financial assistance (e.g., Depository Institutions Holding Company and their Subsidiary Depository Institutions).

The CDFI Fund will host its next SDL Program webinar on November 16, 2023. The format will allow participants to ask questions and we strongly urge Applicants to attend. Access information for the webinar is available on the CDFI Fund’s website. Advance registration is not required to participate.
